Neuro Somatic Regulation 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training
Oct 4-2025 to Feb 3-2026.

The Neurosomatic Regulation Program (NSRP) is a comprehensive, Yoga Alliance–certified teacher training that integrates mindfulness, functional breathwork, and yin yoga. This evidence-based program supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and well-being by grounding participants in both scientific insight and experiential learning.

Drawing from mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), contemporary somatic psychology, and modern understandings of fascia, anatomy, and breath physiology, the NSRP training equips participants with a rich toolkit for working with stress, trauma, and dysregulation—whether in themselves or others.

The program is informed by David Cornwell’s upcoming book, which explores how breathwork and mindfulness support respiratory health—including conditions like asthma—while offering a broader vision for how these tools enhance everyday life.

Taught by two highly experienced facilitators, each with over 20 years of teaching practice, the NSRP training is affordable, in-depth, and open to anyone—from yoga teachers and therapists to coaches and dedicated practitioners. Upon completion, you'll be qualified to teach NSRP practices and guide others through the full NSRP curriculum with confidence and clarity.

Yin Yoga Teacher: Suḍāka

Born in the West Country of England in 1970, my yoga journey began at home in 1987. During an epic journey across Europe and Asia, I attended several meditation retreats in Thailand (1992–1994), where I taught my first impromptu yoga classes.

I continued to study with various teachers, including Godfrey Devereux (Dynamic Yoga Method), Paul Grilley (Yin Yoga), and Sarah Powers (Insight Yoga). After extensive personal practice, I began teaching Yin Yoga in both Newcastle upon Tyne and Istanbul in 2002–2003.

I feel fortunate to have encountered both yoga and Buddhist practice in my youth. In my twenties, I apprenticed as a yoga teacher and Dharma practitioner, receiving the name Suḍāka (Su, meaning “happy,” and ḍāka, “sky-dancer”) in recognition of that path. Today, I offer a variety of trainings in Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Traditional Thai Massage, and currently live in and around Suryavana, a retreat centre in Spain.
