DROP-IN CLASS

This class offers an opportunity to deepen your practice with guided support. It is also designed to assist participants in the NSRP 6-week program by providing guidance and support with their weekly homework assignments.

NSRP 6-Week Program

This 6-week program meets once a week for a 2-hour session, combining functional breathwork, mindfulness, and embodied movement to transform your well-being. Each day, you'll receive supportive emails with homework, diet tips, mindfulness worksheets, and lifestyle guidance to deepen your practice.

The program begins with functional breathwork, addressing dysfunctional breathing patterns and helping you develop a regulated breath, which is essential for a balanced nervous system. Building on this foundation, mindfulness practices are introduced to reshape your mind and stress responses, while embodied movement releases patterns of stress held in the body.

Enrollment is open for each cycle, but preregistration is required. You cannot join once the program has started. The program is offered regularly, providing continuous opportunities for transformation.

NSRP for Asthma

This specialized adaptation of the NSRP program is designed specifically for individuals with asthma, inspired by David's personal journey of transforming his own asthma symptoms. If you are not an asthmatic, we recommend joining the regular NSRP program to maintain a focus on supporting asthmatic participants. This adaptation places extra emphasis on tailored breathing practices that address the unique needs of people with asthma, empowering participants to improve their respiratory health and overall well-being.

NSRP Training

This comprehensive training dives deeply into the NSRP manual, with each week dedicated to a new lesson. Sessions include a 60-minute lecture followed by a 30-minute Q&A, available live or as recorded content to watch at your convenience. Each lecture is recorded and uploaded to the website, accompanied by a brief assessment. Participants who complete all lessons will receive a certificate of attendance.

After completing the training, participants have the option to join a supervision module to discuss their teaching experiences. They can also undertake an additional 40-hour training to upgrade their certificate of attendance to a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification.
